Thinking about outsourcing jobs is this a "good thing" or a "bad thing"? While outsourcing we allow ourselves to spend more on marketing - is this a "good thing" or a "bad thing"?

3. All jobs that depend on routines – that can be reduced to a set of rules, or broken down into a set of repeatable steps – is at risk.” How do you feel about jobs of the future? Outsourcing? How will this effect jobs which you will be pursuing after college?
